Go for our special ´carrot sequence´; it is as beneficial as a juicy carrot and will not take more than half an hour! ;)

ps: when practicing Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) with your eyes closed direct your attention to the tip of your nose and hold it there for some time, then shift it to the 3rd eye area. This should have a beneficial effect on your sight. Make sure that your eyes are not tense; your face muscles should be relaxed. Enjoy the sequence!
