Description:
The health benefits of this yoga sequence are comparable to the ones of a leek, famous for its high content of vitamins, minerals ethereal oils and antioxidants.

So what are the amazing health benefits of Leeks?

  • They have low calorific value and boost metabolism > weight loss.
  • They purify the body by activating the kidney and liver.
  • Help renew joints, bones, arteries and all connective tissues. 
  • Nutritionists recommend the leeks in the cases of atherosclerosis, overweight, rheumatism, podagra, spring vitamin deficiency and general fatigue!
This sequence works similarly in many ways. It is recommended to practice it in the morning before breakfast or in the evening, at least 2 hours after dinner. If you are experienced enough, it is a good idea to start with Uddiyana Bandha. Perform 3 to 10 rounds, depending on your capacity, with one or more breaths between each round.
